November 2, 2012 was a remarkable evening at the Contemporary Art Musuem for the kick-off of the Sustainable Land Lab. Ron Sims, former Deputy Secretary for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, spoke to a crowd of nearly 300 in a moving speech that challenged St. Louis to re-imagine what is possible for the many vacant properties.
